Tzolis stats for club and country: Considering a proportion of those appearances were as a substitute, the stats are even more impressive. K19 stats are for U23s. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/christos-tzolis/leistungsdaten/spieler/451677
I would see Tzolis coming in as competition for Cantwell that would allow Placheta to go out on loan.
I can still see either Cantwell or Aarons being sold to raise money for further acquisitions, maybe not both.
The sale of Cantwell and/or Aarons seems to be going on for ever. Loads of (lazy?) rumour but nothing definite. My impression is that teams are after other players as first choice, but will possibly make a bid for either or both of the above if their first choices are unobtainable.
This new rumour about a Greek lad seems to imply that we are not seeking another striker (as yet) as he is an attacking midfield player. I think I am loosing the plot again! Any further news of Hugill going out on loan or for sale?
Purely speculative but wouldn't surprise me if Webber's first bid is heavy on the at-risk add ons or slow instalment payments too that won't be as attractive to PAOK. Hopefully it can be sorted quickly. Would Tzolis need to quarantine coming to UK too?
I can’t see them loaning Skipp out unless they aren’t able to move some players on. Tanganga is one I had been thinking about a possible loan move for but again I can’t see that happening either after they recently sold Aldeweirald
EDP update on Skipp: https://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwi...rs-loan-possibility-remains-for-skipp-8197460 Hope remains then.
The flight radar checkers have picked up a private flight from Hannover to Norwich this morning, Ducksch or Sargent would be the closest players linked geographically. Of course, it's not just footballers who use private planes...
According to the Pinkun Board apparently "other sources" have also said that Sargent is on his way over to us.
