I think a high, or perhaps head on head tackle, not deliberate but no option for the refs now.

Lack of discipline by Ireland again...... Slade about to give it a whack, then TMO moves penalty 5 metres closer to posts........ Smith has another crack and doesn't miss this time
 
Interesting seeing Jones taking advice/asking opinions from some of the bench there…..England doing really well in the circumstances. But there is a long way to go
