See that my friend and ex-neighbour Steve Tandy - the Scottish defence coach - was pretty pleased with that scrum penalty for Scotland
Boks have destroyed the Scots in first 10 mins of 2nd half. Superb play leads to 2nd try ! Long way back now for Scotland
Scotland take quick line out and score try but disallowed as taken from wrong place. They then **** up the next play. Everything going Boks way !
It's what they do, especially if the officials don't penalise them. It'll take a serious performance to stop them in this competition !
This Bokke squad/team is comfortable with allowing their defence to go man-to-man which results in very little space for the opposition. With a kicker that could/should have been another 10/11 points. Not many teams (France? Ireland?) will dominate this SA pack.
Yes, I'd say only France or Ireland have it in them to beat SA, and they'll have to play out of their skins to do it
The officiating will be very interesting when these games come about. All eyes will be on key moments, and those decisions are likely to prove pivotal in the outcomes. Have they got the bollocks to appoint a Northern Hemisphere ref and Var man in these matches ? I doubt it
Just checked, and indeed a Kiwi is in charge of the Ireland v South Africa pool game ! Let's hope its our very own Kiwi and he disallows a Bok try for handball !
Fiji v Wales promises to be a cracker, looking forward to seeing the Fijian running game.... could be a long night for Wales...
