That's a good question! I don't know is the truth, have you tried them both?
I've never hit a Taylor made club but they do intrigue me.

Calloways I have and don't, although I'm sure they're good.

    Titleist or ping, every day.

The guy in the shop reckoned the callaway fairway x hot woods are the best on the market. Most popular.

Both the same price so it's not like he was trying to get me to spend more.

The taylormade one has a bit more technology in it. As they are the most innovative club manufacturer. There is now a hollow behind the club face. It's weird. Their new driver has it too.

Taylor Made are clearly excellent but they release new clubs every four months or so,
it's daft really as there can't be that much 'innovation' possible.

Titleist release new every other year. No messing, no gimmick. I know they're good so that's why I stick with them.
They don't have adjustable bits either, usually, so what you get is what you use.

Don't know about callaway much but I did used to have Ping and they are also really good.

I'm watching American Werewolf. Top film.
It's freaking the dogs out though!

The port I'm drinking probably won't help my swing tomorrow.

Did you watch "In the Company of Wolves" on Horror channel?

Entertaining for half hour or so

And thats is a top film btw. John Llandis who did the special effects in that did them for Michael Jackson in the Thriller video when he turned into a werewolf as well, useless fact for you!

I also liked the follow up as well actually American Werwolf in Paris <ok>

This is the tedious golf thread..

I'm a bit excited about playing tomoro. It's a par 69 course. With lots of water.

Love and hate golf in equal measure.

I don't really follow it on tv or anything. Don't have sky sports anymore. Like watching the euro pro tour when I did. It's like division 2 of golf if you will. Club pro's competing at the mind of courses anyone can turn up and play on..

    Cool

Father in law follows it and when we go round he has it on, I just find it all a bit boring. Probably more enjoyable playing it though <ok>

If your not having a nightmare it is enjoyable. It's hateful if everything starts to go wrong.

I stomp off in huff and don't talk to anyone. Serious **** is golf. I get competitive with my one mate as we are a similar standard. His worst round is better than my worst round though. I hate losing to him.

I don't get competitive when I play ruff. As his handicap is about 10 lower than mine. Though the last time we played I did beat him on stableford points..

    Aye, you did that!

That golf you watch sounds like that tournament at that Belmont place. Still stunned that ****e hole could hold a 'professional' tournament.

You know, I haven't missed not playing these last four week, in hindsight. Can't ****ing wait for ten am tomorrow though!
Think I ought to go to bed or else I'll probably play double ****.

Next year, back off nine by June. Honest!

I'm gutted I didn't achieve my target of sub 90. Though still time ish. Though I'm not playing the usual course too often as it's expensive now at the time of day needed to get round.

When we play in big groups I get 24 as my handicap. Though the last few rounds I've been shocking since that one lesson of moving me away from the ball. See what tomoro brings. I'm not expecting great things. I I go sub 100 on that course I will be happy. Last time I was 101. Time before that 110. Though that was early in the year an had only just started playing again.
