I agree he deserves a chance and I still think he could turn it round but he simply needs to start winning games. At the moment he has a big issue (not the homeless magazine quite yet) and that is a man like Klopp blatantly angling for a move to the Prem. Did you here his interview last night? :D Our owners aren't soft, they know if this run continues they will have to start sounding out other managers....they might not want to change and start again (very expensive if nothing else) but at some point they might find their hand is forced by our results.

That's where I feel we're heading, I can't see us turning it around. :undecided:

C'mon lads reality.... by the time we play the next games 4th will be a distant sight and reality is we've givne rodgers 3 years... ha some good times but everyone can see whats what now.

There's always a chance that we can turn it around, I've said consistantly that I think we have a good squad and that I feel it's tactics and formation as our main issue. If Rodgers has the sense to drop one or two players and get the right ones in we win a few on the trot and climb the table. That seems to be the problem though Rodgers doesn't see the poor performances from Johnson and Gerrard and keeps picking them. There's always the chance of a fit Balotelli adding to our problems.

at least we can do something about those 2 players, we have NO ONE to replace migs, if brad isnt good enough, then he SHOULD NOT be our no 2, cheap ass batards!!

My theory is that if we start Lucas and Can we protect the defence better and therefore protect the keeper, it's where we should start imo a solid midfield to protect the defence and allow the forwards to play.

yep,

and how many liked your lineup yesterday only to see the major flaw in it that you didn't pick either of Gerrard or Johnson <laugh>

To be honest, as clueless as Rodgers is looking, managers need time to turn things around especially when you have had a particularly bad transfer window. Chelsea had it with Ancelotti who went like 10 games winless. Moyes had it when he had a turbulent 2nd season only to do relatively well with Everton.

Agreed managers do need time but we also have to look at the clubs ambitions and the potential problems that come with dropping down the table like this, quite simply he has to find a way to turn it around and quickly.

You're scared that if we don't make the Champions League, we may not be able to attract players of the quality of Lallana, Lovren and Markovic?

Do not agree in the slightest, I tend to think we're better than other club's fickle fans, but I guess that would be wrong of me. Sack Rodgers now and we will begin another ****ing 5 year transition period. BR has a plan and has spent millions on implementing it, he deserves the season to see it out. (provided we aren't flirting with the relegation zone after Christmas....)

Or we stick with him for now and delay the start of the next five year plan? <laugh>

I don't want him sacked yet but he needs to stop picking his players based on school ground rituals! The results are frustrating but the annoying thing for me is the persistence of bad decisions. Pick the in form players and a functioning team, not your favorites!!!

that, and what he sees on the training pitch, as it obviously hasn't worked!

great in training does not mean great in match day, but we already know that <laugh>
