Talking of Mauricio, isn't it amazing that we have had two consecutive managers who never read newspapers or watch tv (at least according to them.)
Not really, I could say the same of myself with regards to newspapers (unless you count Private Eye) and watch little TV - however, I read a lot of news & newspaper websites, watch a lot of iPlayer, 4OD and the like, DVDs. and listen to a bunch of podcasts too. Maybe they're the same - i.e. tech savvy and consume media as it suits them rather than when it suits publishers. Time shifting media isn't particulary uncommon nowdays.
I think a lot of people have made that jump from traditional news and television to internet based media. About the only things I watch LIVE these days are sports events, and I don't watch those on the TV either.
