A terrible day for football, 2 players gone at no age at all really. Don't know much about Sarkic but Campbell was a fine player who I remember well. RIP to them both

I used to know Kevin when he lived in Enfield. I was working in Enfield for a couple of years and he dated one of my staff.Former Arsenal and Everton player Kevin Campbell has died aged 54.

He used to come to pick her up early and waited for her to finish. I would have a chat and a bit of banter with him, always very respectful.

I met Kevin some years ago, near then end of his playing career. He had invested heavily in a venture and frankly I felt was seriously ripped off by his (then famous) friend. He was a charming and clearly forgiving chap. Far too young. RIP.Former Arsenal and Everton player Kevin Campbell has died aged 54.
