Really troubled, especially since her son committed suicide....she's had previous attempts herself as well. So sad - RIP

Really troubled, especially since her son committed suicide....she's had previous attempts herself as well. So sad - RIP
She'd been horribly abused by her mother as a child. Even so, her tears when she sang Nothing Compares 2 U were for her mother, who had died not long before she recorded the video.
Not my favourite but feel quite sad. Guess her demons got to her in end.

She'd certainly been through so many traumas this comes as no surprise, such a talented and tragic life. RIP Sinead...
In one of her last tweets Sinead, reflecting on the death of her son, said, 'Been living as undead night creature since. He was the love of my life, the lamp of my soul. We were one soul in two halves. He was the only person who ever loved me unconditionally. I am lost in the bardo without him.'

Such very sad news. A successful life from a most beautiful voice that was interspersed with personal troubles and sadness. Left beautiful memories of her voice and ‘that’ incredible song/video.
