I think, yes, though it's not RIP. Insignificant as an individual, Manson became an icon of evil, and the Tate/ LaBianca murders marked the end of the 1960's "Summer of Love" concept and the apparent innocence of the hippy movement.

my mate worked in the White City stadium at the time Cassidy had a concert there. The girls were completely out of control, charging at barricades and security. Sadly a 14 year old girl died. RIP
A lot of fifty-something women will be in mourning today, and be thinking about their lost adolescence

Allan Harris who was our coach under Terry Venables at QPR in the early 80's passed away yesterday aged 74. May he rest in peace.
