    Don’t understand how Brighton can be safe according to BBC being on 40pts but we are not on 41.

    Can @Nev please explain? In your own time mate - as usual.

    Does this Final countdown take into account that some people of the clubs below us have to play each other? If not what is the point?

    So just checked and we have been safe since last Saturday when Swansea lost to Chelsea. As Swansea play Southampton on Tuesday it is impossible for them both to overtake us.
