    That tells me so much about how poorly Derby must be playing <laugh> Has he managed to find the striker in the box yet? doubt it.

    Looking at the Derby squad thought they would be very good, but to be fair, given the ball away cheaply, what has surprised me is Reading have actually created a few chances under Clemment. Barrow has been sharp a few tidy balls in the box. Aswan can we beat either yes, but hard to judge how poor we are compared to both sides. Player for player we do compare, but central midfield and centre backs do worry me.

    Utter dross. Neither team able to put two passes together. If this is what we will have to put up with this season I'm sorry I renewed my season. The commentator is crap as well.

    Just turned it to see Reading players jumping about after they scored, from a great cross by guess who, Barrow. Will keep my mouth shut in future <laugh>

    What did you expect Man City, This is it and that's why passing sides don't normally do very well in this league, Cardiff got it spot on more grunt than finesse.

    That's my worry, that Nordsfelt is **** at dealing with crosses and he is going to have a load to deal with this season, I thought we had the worst keeper in the league and then I see Manone is playing for Reading, so at least he is better than one.

    My boy who is 18 and playing Welsh league would have saved that and if he hadn't he would have been ****ing walking home.

    I have been pleasantly underwhelmed by both teams tonight. I know its the first game of the season but the standard has been poor. Mind you, lets see what we are like tomorrow <laugh>

    Yep, you need steel to survive in this league and a lot of luck to get out of it. Our younguns'll have to learn to tough it out coz skill alone will get them booted off the pitch. If they come through the year they'll be much better players for it imo but they're going to have to fight every game.

    Yep don't say to much until we have performed, clearly not as pretty as PL, but we have to match the grunt and am not sure we can. I am watching Derby take off Ledley and bring on Johnson, both would bully ours and whilst not the best players I would have had either of them to firm us up. Hate saying this but would have bitten your arm off to have Ledley in our squad.

    another 2 or 3 to go along with Asoro, Olson and Fer. If we get rid of Clucass then maybe Ward will come, which imo would be a great signing. I'd have swapped Clucass and given money for Ward. One thing is sure though, we can't afford to buy any kids no matter how skillful they are.

    Spot on mate, the boy mount from Chelsea, when given time looks good, when pressured has been ****. Ward will be a good signing, would like another big horrible centre half
