Young reds hold Jagielka and co. Excellent result. Like the report says, Everton had some first-team players on the pitch including internationals! I caught some of the highlights on LFCTV and we had some good chances as well. Could have won it and probably should have! And it's a good confidence booster going into the NextGen semi-final next week.

A little bit late with this update... Apologies! Something positive did happen last weekend! Solid result for the lads and hopefully they can keep the good results going.
Yep! I'll probably get it up a few hours before kick-off on Wednesday. Gives us a bit of time to get a bit of pre-match chat in!
You da man.........massive task for the boys, but it will be the kind of game to pick between the men and the boys
Massive game tonight........ But on a side not, Tony Silva scored his first goal for northampton last night. Turned out to be the winning goal. Good to see him doing well, getting game time and improving.
Anyone watching the Ressies vs Arsenal this afternoon? Let us know how they are doing if you are. In work.
Young reds sink Villa! Great result for the reserves! Villa were unbeaten in 10 at home in the league (Won nine and drawn one) so its an excellent result. Been an excellent response since the defeat by Ajax in the semi-final of the NextGen Series. We've drawn with a strong Arsenal side and beaten Marseille and Aston Villa. Let's hope we can keep the good form going into our last three reserve games against West Brom, United and Newcastle.
Here are the highlights of our reserves beating a strong Villa side 4-1!
Sterling is quick man! I don't like on the third goal how Eccleston had a bit of bad luck in not scoring, but his teammate who set him up finished it off, but he looked pissed that it wasn't him!
The rezzies have a game against WBA this afternoon 2pm. Dont know if its home or away. Looking forward to seeing who lines up for us as it ight indicate whether Raheem/Suso etc might be in the squad for tonight. Im hoping the game is on LFC.TV, but im not sure.
it will be on lfc tv for sure. Iam at work so won't see it. You are right about sterling but suso is not anywhere near the squad yet. he should be mind.
my sources tell me that as the blackburn game is on today and is away there will not be tv coverage of this one. the guys who do the tv will be doing blackburn tonight no team new is out for the match either which may well suggest the guys are all travelling.
