Hi guys, I think I joined after the whole Rep thing first time round. What does it actually do and how do you give/receive it?

Next to "blog post" which is under each post you make, there is a star symbol and when you click on that, it gives you the chance to approve/disapprove of the comment and then you click "add to reputation".

Yu can view who sent you rep via the control panel.

i repped up a few of you but me rep power is still 2. so you don't lose rep by giving it to other people?
