I would like to see Ashley allow the manager to run the team, the manager should decide the comings and goings of players, (with Ashleys approval of the finances)
Remove Lambias and install someone who has more integrity, better interpersonal skills, (let's face it Lambias is hopeless in communication with the fans) and his behaviour has given the impression he's a bit of a buffoon. I think he's Ashleys Achiles heel, sooner he's shown the door the better.
Improve the image of the club, get rid of the sports direct logo, don't make it look like every player is available for sale, an appearance of stability would be a great boost.

Pretty much the same as everyone else. I would like him and Lambias to hold a fans forum where real fans have the chance to put forward questions they have and find out the reasoning behind certain decisions as we've been kept in the dark on so many things.

Other than that the usual, new contacts for those that have really fought for the club the last two seasons and re-investing the AC money to build on what we have. I genuinely think we're on the cusp of having a really special team given a few good signings. Cabaye and Ben Arfa have that bit of class we were missing last season, add a couple more decent signings and a couple of squad players and we're good to go. We've already got the players that will give their all, add some flair and goal scorers to the team then there's no reason we can't get a top eight finish next season to build on. Ashley can make this happen. Whether he does is a different matter. Part of me thinks he'd be delighted if we finish thirteenth every season, rake in TV money and spend little on players. I hope this doesn't happen as we have the potential to push on.

Sack Llambiarse and replace with a footballing person(preferrably linked to nufc) who has never associated with him before.

Use the new MD/Chairman to communicate to the fans.

Give full control of transfer's and contracts to Pardew and his team, keeping the maximum wage restriction to the desireable level. All footballing decisions like these must be sanctioned by Pardew otherwise the viscous cycle will continue over and over again.

At the end of the day MA is a business man and has a no **** attitude as he's shown in terms of wage caps and transfers, call him tight if you like but that is how rich people get rich and stay rich.

I belive there was a lot more to KK leaving and probably spat his dummy out when he couldn't get his own way and MA told him to do one.
There are things that he could have done a lot better, but the end of the day his dicision are based on the business and more often are not are unpopular. (Offering players over the top contract extension!)

    Things he can improve on:

    1) Llambias - the guy is an idiot bring back Mort, better communication
    2) Keep the core of the squad we already have (Nolan Barton)
    3) Keep up the signing, a good mix of experience and up and coming players. £like to see the £35 Million spent wisely not on daft players

Couple of people have commented on the sign on the top of SJP, ever considered this is a way for MA to get more money into the club by using one of his other businesses?
Admittedly it looks crap but if it's more funds in the right place I can live with it.

He needs to give the manager time and resources to build a decent team and keep the players who are good enough and who want to play for us,

Give the fans a voice and a representative on the board, an honest ex player, think someone said before a person like moncur would be mint

Get rid of llambias, pure vile of a man who doesn't have any interest in our club!!

This sums it up for me. MA is a dick, but a business man - the old regime had to end.

I have no problem with a wage cap either, please if someone offered me minimum wage to play for NUFC i'd bite their hand off.

Whats with all these silly figures being bounded about?

Yes Nolan and Barton are excellent players, but i'd rather they were replaced with cheaper options, and the extra money used to pay promising younger players like enrique what he wants?

In the end of the day, Barton and Nolan hold no resale value, i say **** em if they wanna be greedy, but lets not be stupid and lose players who are realistically worth 10mil+ because we are being stubborn? :bandit:
