As things stand now we've not got a chance of promotion as we're mathematically finished with sides around us winning.

We need to start again and, for me, that requires a new manager.

I've stood by Nigel Pearson all season but I don't think he can take us any further. He's rebuilt us for the second time following Sven's disastrous reign but he has to go now. We need a manager who will play fast, free flowing football and Nigel isn't that at all.

To give you some perspective at how ****ing awful a run we've been on, take a look at this.

We were 3 points above Hull on that Friday evening. Since we've won once. One win since ****ing January. That is beyond shambolic. To not even reach 70 points is appalling.

We haven't been anything like consistent this season. We've won 5 on the bounce twice. Take out those 30 points and we're comfortably relegated. Those two spells really do cover up whats been another **** season.

So, what needs changing on the pitch? Who do we look at?

Well, i'd play a 3-5-1-1

I'd look at the following in the summer;

Jose Fonte - Doesn't seem to get a game for Saints, he's a big bloke and a leader. He was a brick wall for Southampton when they got promoted.

Alex Pearce - Reading are down and out and I think if we could pinch him it'd be a superb signing.

Michael Keano - Keano has been our best player during this ****e run. He's going to be a star in the future and another season loan would be great.

Bakary Sako - Shining light for Wolves. Was superb when we played them. I think he offers us more width that we blatantly miss.

Michail Antonio - Width. He can really bomb down the wing and can also cross it. I would also look to play De Laet in this position as he does the same.

James Trotter - Desperately need strength in midfield. We've been **** in most away games and also in home games where clubs have pressed us.

Mikele Leigertwood - See James Trotter. Has been superb for Reading at this level in the past.

Schmeichel
Fonte Morgan Pearce
Antonio Trotter King James Sako
Knockaert
Wood

Subs; Logan, Keane, De Laet, Dyer, Drinkwater, Schlupp, Nugent.

That'd mean we have 5 good enough defenders, 2 good enough right midfielders, 2 good enough left midfielders, 4 good enough centre midfielders and 4 good enough strikers all in the squad.

I'd also like to see Harry P and Tom Hopper get game time next season.

But what do I know? <laugh> **** all probably.

All depends on if Nigel goes or stays

If Nigel stays then I would look for a centre half, left back, centre midfielder, winger, striker

I would keep Nigel as we already have a very good squad. It just needs a little more work. Kasper Schmeichel said in his interview last night he loves it here and enjoys coming to training everyday. We all know while he means it unless he sticks pen to paper it doesn't mean much. We must do all in our power to keep him

If Nigel goes

Neil Danns and Jermaine Beckford might have futures here. A lot would depend on the new manager approach. If we go the Sven approach and go for players with reputations or go the NP approach and get the up and coming players

.. problem being if NP is to go we need a manger in asap who can go get these players while holding on to the likes of Schmeichel, who has got to be premiership bound I would have thought... ah well, we await the news, never a dull moment being a Fox......

The players have to take some responsibility. It's not Nigel fault Nugent hasn't scored in ages.

I blame him for not getting a centre half in the summer and a midfielder in Jan. buts its not all his fault that we have hit the slump. The players have to take the blame aswell

Clear out players like Konchesky, Whitbread, Danns, Vardy, Gallagher, Wellens, Beckford, Futacs and the recruit some players. And go again. If we had Chris Wood for the whole season then I think we would have made the play offs. I'm still 100% behind Nigel and I think he will come good for us

FFP has to be a major factor for the owners when they consider changing the management. Fortune favours the brave

I worry about Kasper, he's probably the only one that I don't want to leave who will. It's interesting looking at the likes of Zola and Decanio, passionate, mad as a bag of frogs, I'd love some of that! Maybe Man City will sack Mancini and we could get him

whilst cooking actually, i dont rate the app at all.

We only have to win 1 game and hope 1 team loses or draws.
