You'd have a completely fluid front 4 of Theo - Gervinho - Arshavin - RvP. You can rotate Arshavin & RvP on the left & in the hole, or Theo & Gervinho on the right & up top, or switch Gervinho & Arshavin. The only issue is I'm not sure Gervinho or Theo can play in the hole, but you can't have everything!! I think it'd be very versatile, and carry a new threat. Balance it with Arteta & Song playing a bit more defensive, and do it when Santos & Sagna are back so the defense is more stable, and you're on to a winner.
I'd certainly want Song to stay back and deal with their sudden breaks forward which have always caught our defence disorganised. Arteta is brilliant at control in the midfield but doesn't often make the telling pass forward. Wilshere hurry back!
