Not quite accurate. Common consensus says that If the Germans had concentrated solely on building nothing but Mk3 Panzers instead of wasting time and energy on super weapons like the Panther and King Tiger they may have won the war. The Mk3 was 1930s technology but they were well built and reliable and the chassis was super adaptable.
It was a good tank, but the T34 and Sherman were better.
