The quality of refereeing this season

Thing is if a defender has his arms out and the ball hits hand/arm refs will penalise that,as hand ball saying they shouldn't spread their arms.
Anyway it's gone now, all about opinions,including the refs.

 

I agree with this but at the same time the defence was shocking at the time in question on top of that.
