Conspiracy theories now growing that Coates is stepping down in the Summer to take life easier and the new people taking over will be shut of Pulis anyway and Pulis is aware of this and so sabotaging the club as he never leaves anywhere without a bit of a stink. Why else leave top players out and never try to win games until 15 - 20 minutes to go!

    Yes Smither's
My missus said that about half an hour back! Difference is..
Listening to MONs interview he didn't have an inkling what was about to happen and 2nd, it's fairly obvious that Sunderland had someone lined up for the job?

I'm not sure what to think but they sure as heck we're not drinking champers if all that Twitter talk is correct. Strange innit.

The team selection yesterday confirmed that he is either mentally ill or hasnt a clue or both

"Watching" from 2k miles away Iaccept that I can not have the same insight as you guys who go and suffer every game but to me in a must win game Shotton and Whitehead in midfieldis the tactics of the asylum and to have Owen on the bench again and not give him a go is madness

As was said on another thread is he deliberately trying to send us down

IMHO if he went today it would create an atmosphere that I think we could actualy give Utd a game and possibly even win or has CLULIS'S madness affected me

    SIS,

I doubt that we'd win but could make a better fist of it, mind you with the correct players in the correct positions it would be better full stop.

Loud cheers rang out all around the ground when he took off Shotton who was having a nightmare again and nearly cost us 3 goals losing possession in midfield.

I really think the guy has lost it.. we did need to win the game and Shotton ? **** me there is awful, crap and then Shotton he was so bad at times is was actually funny.
Great cheer for Charlie when he came on and we needed to win that game correct! The fact Clueliss didn't try and do that until 75 mins
and ( until we we're a goal down) see what I did there..
    is indeed utter madness S I S.

No doubts we'll give Utd a game we always do at home.. but we've NEVER beaten then so I can't see it happening next Sunday. The fans need a lift too S I S where that comes from I don't know to be honest.

Tony Pulis has worked miracles at Stoke City. They would be absolutely crazy to get rid of him, especially at this point of the season.
This is a bad run of form, but he will sort it.

Valiant it's up and beyond a bad run of form mate this has been on the cards now for the past few seasons. The long and short of it all is that Tony Pulis is not a premier league manager. After 5 seasons he still does not know how to win away so that is hardly classed as a bad run of form. He has the players to be winning these games but won't play them which leads me to believe he is purposely throwing these games for reasons best known to himself. this is no longer about football and bad runs this is about behind the scenes politics which is unfair to us paying fans!!

Press conference at stoke city tommorow, they never hold press conferences on a monday unless there is a midweek game, and skybet have slashed the odds on pulis to 7/4 he is now favorite to get the boot i think he may have gone already heres hoping.

More than likely to say that Peter Coates is 100% behind him and he team selections and that Whelan is the glue that holds the team together and he should be back for the Man U game!
