My belief in the free press has taken a bit of a beating recently, what with phone hacking,police corruption and underhand political dealings, but they've really reached a new lowe now. To be printing such rubbish is unbecoming of The Times, I particulary liked the bit about "Pompey are a low-cost investment", begs the question as to why they've not be snapped up so far. I would also question the "passionate fans, being an asset" line. The most famous fan is so passionate he cant even manage to drag himself out of the pub in time for kick off.And their gates rather dispell the myth that the whole city's behind them. Still, lets take what Walter Mitty, sorry, Ashley Brown, says as gospel. They should get taken over soon, panic over,they're in a great place, will the Skates stop playing the victim now?
