Once they bin off Lee Mason things will instantly get a lot better.
JWP anticipated as the Ref put the whistle in his mouth, you can hear the peep as he kicked the ball. The difference is that Mason blew twice.
JWP kicked the ball just before the whistle went.
Miliseconds, if it wasn't ok to play why put the whistle in your mouth. Again I didn't say that Marriner was wrong, that's still debatable but can't be changed, I am just saying that Mason did blow to play but immediately blew again to stop.

You have to wait until you hear the whistle. Until the referee actually blows the whistle, he hasn't said it's ok to restart.
Of course, but that delay could be the difference in taking an opportunity or missing it. There have been many incidences where the Referee hasn't blown the whistle at all and just let it happen!
Taker can't touch the ball if it comes off the woodwork.

Did you think I it was even a penalty, looked like he played the ball, and was taken so quick I didnt think VAR looked at it.
