No I just remember that Sheffield United were in League one during our Championship season which is West Ham's only season in it in recent times.

Curious to know what the defined time limit for going back to a handball is, presumably it's just upto the bloke on the day to decide whether he wants to allow the goal or not.

I have no problem with VAR, but that rule is ****ing ****, now all you have to do to defend is kick the ball at an attackers hand and any goal they subsequently score will be disallowed.

That was one of the biggest controversies to ever hit the epl. Give him a hard one. I bet he remembers some right obscure stuff!

the controversy was how the **** we ended up with a £30m fine despite Sheffield United breaking exactly the same rule.

Under the current laws of the game it is I'm afraid. VAR had no leeway at all.
