On paper, those seven are a cut above the rest of us - and have been for a while. This is the first time for really that paper has transpired as reality. And aside from Arsenal, I can only see them all getting stronger next season.
Yeah outside those teams it's a poor division this year.

Yeah sorry that's sort of what I meant... this new deal had people saying that it would help close gap even more, when in reality they're still so far ahead and just went out and threw money at it and are miles ahead like before.
