Seriously just give it a rest. It's the same for the Bundesliga, La Liga and Serie A. It's better this way than in Scotland where Hearts are starting legal action over their relegation. And Partick Thistle have been relegated despite having played a game less than the team above them and were only 2 points behind. Playing out the season is the fairest way. Of course it's far from perfect but it's a whole lot better than relegating someone based on a partially completed season.
If I think that the results are now meaningless despite there being a conclusion manufactured then that's what I'll say Tom, despite your dismissal of my opinion. Not that I've ever cared about your approval. Just because all the leagues you mentioned have done the same, doesn't make it fair. Fair would have been to abandon the league, not have relegation or promotion, and start next season as close to schedule as possible. Anything else and it immediately stops being about the competition and becomes about money.
Really disappointed in him - he should stay until the season is finished and try and help the club out of the pickle they are in - a pickle for which he is partly responsible.
Look we all have our own opinions on this but let's not pretend that's it to do with anything but money. It would be completely dishonest to do so. All this integrity nonsense is exactly that. Nonsense.
… I can only assume it is because he doesn`t want to risk a serious injury and scupper what ever move he has lined up. Still gone way down in my estimation.
OK. I'll say it first.. Whoo Hoo! Match Day! OK, not matches that I'd cross the road to see, but football's back, so everything is all right. Probably.
Nah, disagree. I turned to the channel without it. No need to manufacture something we know isnt there
Not everyone will like it. But at the moment it's quite subtle. Be interesting what it's like for a goal, penalty or red card.
