Looks like T Beard is off to Leicester after a short extension to finish season.

Eh? So much for keeping them local.

@Tobes will love this if it's true.

Personally don’t see what the big deal is. The fans aren’t allowed in anyway so doesn’t matter where it is played

The idea is to stop people gathering outside Goodison.

The idea of Lovren and Lallana winning the PL at SMS is sickening, to me.

    OH MY GOD.

I'd forgotten this detail and had no initial issue with the derby being played here. Please lord, no.

I hear there were also murmurs about Derby v Leeds moving to be played down here as well.

Good job there's no Liverpool fans in Soton then.

I can only see things going one way, especially if Liverpool can actually win the title

Weirdly when they were first talking about football coming back I was very much 'meh' about it all.

But looking at how the fixtures have been arranged, it's beginning to feel like it does in the group stages of a world cup, where there's always a random match on to watch as well as the occasional one you have a real vested interest in.

Away matches should be fun for the long distance fixtures.
Teams will travel to matches using flights, coach travel or their own vehicles depending on the circumstances.

Overnight stays in hotels are not prohibited, but a flight is preferred. Clubs are working to reconfigure coaches to allow for social distancing on board, or will lay on more than one coach if necessary.
Also they will have to wear masks whilst onboard.

I don't get why they would need to social distance on the coach when they won't be on the pitch.

Well they will most of the time. They're not going to be less than 2m apart when playing are they?

Yes they are. Football is a contact and team sport. You don't keep 2m away from each other while playing. There will be touching and exchange of sweat, it's unavoidable during football.
It's like when they don't shake hands at the start of the game, but then during the game are cuddling in the box, and celebrating goals with high fives and hugs. And then not shaking hands at the end of the game. It's stupid.

Don’t care. Want to see football and I’m going to hold my breath until you all agree.

So you don’t care if I suffocate then :(

I don't see why they need to social distance at all if they've all tested negative/
