I think that the Geordies away might be the Scouser's downfall too. Rafa killing the dream would be funny...
Just to balance it up a bit on here, I would like to see Liverpool win the league ahead of City and i think that they will.
I reckon they will too though. ----------------------------- Cannot underestimate how important today was. They can win it now. For me, its theirs to lose, something I've never said about L'pool.
Ah **** it, if the do then we will get some many more millions off them and they will only have their grubby thieving paws on it for 9 months.
Its a good way of looking at it. I expect many of us know a Pool fan who we actually like as well. So for all the annoying loud ones, there are some (very few) nice one's. And besides, I really enjoy GOT & the Everton fans on youtube......so that will be my summer entertainment sorted!
ha ha ha - maybe but after Saints Liverpool are my fav team and my fav away game. I know loads of good scousers and tbh most of them have a soft spot for Saints. And that goes for long before we are started building this team for them !
I'm not trying to make this a red love in or anything, but I don't like anything about Manchester City, well except Shaun Goater!
We should have good relationships with Liverpool and Everton fans given the two cities being ports. Was there a time when Southampton dockers were more militant than Liverpool´s? It could have been in the 80s which makes me proud of the city and the two fingers to Thatcher.
Remaining fixtures:- Liverpool: Cardiff away Huddersfield home Newcastle away Wolves home Man City: Tottenham home Man Utd away Burnley away Leicester home Brighton away I’m so confident that we’ll stay up now that I’d even be ok with Cardiff beating Liverpool. No matter how good City are, their run in is far far harder.
