So Spurs to beat Burnley 2-0, Hudds to beat Newcastle 3-0, Saints to win by 2 goals tomorrow and I will believe.
Yep I'm thinking the same, a point for Newcastle is still dangerous, so a Huddlesfield win would be nice. If Huddlesfield catch us we deserve to go down
We have a bonus round this week. Any points and we have everything back under our own control. Not sure if we will but it is a nice inventive, no pressure or fear!
Todays games to keep an eye on. Burnley v Tottenham KO 12:30 Newcastle v Huddersfield KO 15:00 Leicester v Crystal Palace KO 17:30 I don't feel like Palace are really in the mix despite them being only 3 points above us, but still would rather they lose to keep as many teams close as possible.
Let's focus on getting some oints rather than others. Not an issue if we can't glean points ! Come on Saints!
After we beat Leicester and Everton I didn't think we would need to worry about others teams results because we would pick up enough points to pull away a bit. It's become aparrant since that we aren't going to pull away, and we are likely to be in the mix right up until the end. So while on any given week the most important result will be the Saints result (if we now go and win 3 games on the bounce we'll be fine), I'll still be looking out for our rivals. Last night for example, despite us remaining in the relegation zone was an excellent night for us without playing and had the results been reversed it would have been pretty horrendous!
