It’s a tweet from Gary saying they made a mistake in sacking Silva and that they would struggle to replace the him .......fast forward a year and Watford have a dig because they are doing well.

Don't know if there has been an update...happier I hope, but a plane believed to be missing that had Sala (a player signed by Cardiff on Saturday) on board. Let's hope it is just a mix up.

They are waiting for confirmation Fran, but the press believe he was onboard

Nantes have cancelled tomorrow's match and French authorities have confirmed that Sala was on board the plane...mustn't forget there was someone else in the plane as well.

So many 'what might have beens' about this sad story. Went back to say goodbye to his friends and then chose to fly in a single-engine plane at night to Cardiff.

Awful to hear, and on a logistical note, would the club be covered by insurance for the purchase fee and stuff.

I wondered how it panned out for that poor Brazilian team where most of them perished from the Plane crash recently, and how they built up the team again.

I know past instances a team has received a player from each of the other teams in the division.
