I had a look at the Hudders forum last night (yes such a thing does exist), they are miserable, it's going to be much better for them when they are relegated.
Think we can call this a pretty bad weekend for us now. Cardiff, Burnley and Fulham all winning, us loseing and now without our best player for 4 games. It’s all looking very close again above Huddersfield.
Bournemouth gonna drop a fair bit I reckon. No one really staking a proper claim for that 7th spot yet either.
Absolutely it was. But then again, we're now the only team in the bottom seven who no longer has to play City these season. (And in just over three days time we're be one of only two teams in the bottom seven who no longer has to play Chelsea.) Fixture-wise, it was likely to get a little painful for us - Leicester and Everton are hardly the easiest two games to follow either (outside of the top six, I would personally say that those two and West Ham are the next best teams). But it does mean that for our final 15 games, we play all of the fellow bottom seven, plus all of the next set of four teams (namely Bmouth, Wolves, Brighton and Watford). So many points to be had in those 15 games.
I’m hoping that RH baptism of fire is a good thing - see what the squad has got, get some new faces through the door in January and keep working on their fitness ready for the ‘easier’ games.
Wolves to finish above Leicester. He seems to have got all excited because Leicester signed a couple of players in the summer and made bets with everyone, if he loses them all then I'm pretty sure he won't be able to honour them all. Lifetime ban if that happens seems fair
February could be interesting...we play Fulham, Cardiff and Burnley....plus Arsenal and we know how easy they are. We finish with Huddersfield at SMS in the last game of the season....let's hope we are safe by then.
