How often do you have 2 goalkeeping howlers , a clear pen and a red card not given in you're favour, playing poorly away from home and still manage to draw? Can't believe what I've just watched.
 
So if one assumes that it was so obviously a penalty that Mariner never saw the push.. Either that or he is blind... Either way he didn't see it. Therefore given that it is a red card offence should Kyle Walker be referred and suspended after review?

No that's just for violent conduct or serious foul play.
 
So it's not serious foul play... deliberate foul play to deny a probable goal.. that's not serious? It's certainly foul play. How do you define serious? Is it where someone has his fitness threatened or is it where the likely result of the game is altered or could it be either? 'Cause it seemed pretty serious to me..

Serious foul play is the really bad tackles that could cause serious injury.
