This doesn't look good for Schar.

 

Every time Arsenal attempt to play it out from the back, within the space of about three passes the ball gets to either Cedric or Elneny, at which point it all falls down.

If you haven't got the players, maybe think about a different option.

This is playing very much into Everton's hands almost as much as Tottenham's.

Thank you Newcastle for putting Arsenal fans out of their misery thinking they were good enough for CL. In fact Arsenal have done well with a very average team to qualify.for.the Europa League. It 's their level!!

Callum Wilson is excellent, isn't he? Such a shame for his career that he has been so injury riddled.

 

It will be fascinating to see what Newcastle do this summer. They'll inevitably spend money, but the current squad have gelled so well under Howe I don't think they should go overboard and risk rocking the boat. Having a ****load of money but no European pedigree can be a dangerous combination for signing overrated primadonna's.

 

I feel that Everton could well win at the Emirates on.Sunday!!

Apprently newspapers in Italy are linking Newcastle with an approach for Mourinho with a view to ousting Howe in the summer. I am not convinced that Howe has the ability to take Newcastle to the level they wish to be at but, by the same token, I feel Mourinho's toxic brand of management would be a distinct disadvantage to any club. I cannot see this happening even though it would be in keeping with the disastrous kind of decision making 'Toon are famous for.

 

That would be a very silly move IMO. Howe has more than earned his shot going into next season. I don't doubt they'll want a bigger name manager at some point but what's the rush?

 

This sounds exactly like Utd with Solskjaer a couple of seasons ago
