Vote for your PL MOTY here... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/football/57225278 It may not be popular but it's Moyes just ahead of Bielsa for me. To convert Wham into CL contenders from relegation fodder is a notable achievement and I think that Leeds strong finish has skewed their season slightly although they have been entertaining throughout. The new kit looks like it was made by Marks & Spencer. i.e Only a student living on a diet of beans on toast would be skinny enough to wear it. I do not understand the current fascination for blokes' clothes to be so tight fitting. It has killed off any notions I had regarding buying a football jersey. Not something I have done for ages as they are seriously over-priced and i think there is a point where you become too old to wear them as you start to resemble an over-stuffed sausage. What annoys me is that the price of similar shirts made by the likes of Adidas, Under Armour, etc are generally at least 2/3rds of the price of football shirts. The current Hampshire CC training gear is a good case in point. Last autumn I bought a plain, unbranded training skirt in a sale from well known a cricket retailer near Basingstoke for about £8 and the quality was not really any different from a standard football kit. Anyone would have to be made to spend £105 on a football shirt, regardless of the team.
Typo, should have read "mad.!" You would not be able to sleep with the fishes wearing this jersey anyway because it contains too much plastic!
I thought made because you'd need to be a gangster to afford the shirt. Whoops, I typed **** first does that count as a Freudian slip?
Is it because of the tight fitting blokes clothes that you decided to buy an unbranded training skirt?
105 f*cking quid?! And after all the Euro Super League bullsh*t too! Spurs should be offering shirts at half-price as a goodwill gesture.
They charged their fans £60 to attend the return game last week . Apparently £105 is the ‘elite’ shirt I.e the one the players will wear in matches, with a more normal fitting fan shirt priced at £70. Still mental though, but enough people will still buy it to make it worthwhile for the club. Retro kits for fans are the way forward, much more realistic price point.
Lots of rumours this morning he hasn’t settled in Paris and family still in London https://www.express.co.uk/sport/foo...ws-Mauricio-Pochettino-PSG-Spurs-next-manager
It seems the original story was from the sun so probably bullshit, would be pretty crazy if it’s true though
If I'm Kane, if Martinez get's appointed I'm handing in a formal transfer request. Not a particularly good manager.
