Hilarious. You can tell referees don’t play football. Wtf was he meant to do there? Shambles decision
How livid must West Ham’s fans be? Biggest game for years and the ref does that. I like West Ham this season and seeing them get top 4 instead of Spurs/Liverpool/Chelsea offers at least one good thing in what has been a torrid bloody season.
Just watched it for the first time. I just cannot see how that is a red? He kicks the ball and then what is he meant to do stop his foot lol? Ridiculous decision IMO.
Imagine losing to Burnley. Wolves need to sack Espirito-Santo, 100%. Tactically clueless. I am getting this right, aren't I?
Two clubs from the two major Brexit heartlands in the PL with the most radically contrasting player provenance. Burnley all English accept Vydra and Wood, Wolves only english man Coady.
Burnley will stay up year after year under Dyche. They have character. They know how to roll their sleeves up. They're compact and solid. They're old enough to have bags of experience, but young enough to not be past it (lots of players in the 29 to 31 age bracket). However, it will only last so long. Eventually either the board or the fans will get bored (see Charlton or Stoke), or Dyche will get poached (maybe by Palace this summer), or their players will grow past it and won't be adequately replaced.
Yep, according to their fans on twitter anyway (and they're safe from relegation and haven't lost 9-0 under him twice. Imagine what they'd be feeling then )
