Rodgers got this horrendously wrong at HT. Why bring Praet on for Iheanacho, and change formation, when they had been so dominant in the first half? Not that he can be blamed for two awful bits of keeping by Schmeichel, followed by his best defender losing his head.
Only if West Ham and Watford draw on Friday. And Bmouth lose to City first. If there's a loser between them, that team will stay on 34. So with Bmouth on 31, should they lose to us, they won't yet be down when they walk off against us. (And even though said loser between West Ham and Watford would then have a game in hand, it would be against Man City (Watford) or Man Utd (West Ham).)
Basically, unless there's a draw on Friday night (or an upset vs Man City/Man Utd), then this is definitely going to the final day. Albeit with potential scenarios where GD renders it over. What we don't know is whether it will involve two, three or four teams, and one or two relegation places.
Slim chance, but I'll take it. Losing against them when we could have relegated them would be hideous but worth risking
