I ask this two or three times every season: how is it that teams are not aware of those dinked West Ham free kicks to Nolan? I am as dumb as a boot and I know that they use it with some regularity, how have defenses failed to notice?
 
That, my friends, is how you put in a desultory first-half performance and find yourself trailing against the bottom team in the league.

He got his fifth yellow for it, which will cause him to miss the next match, but I wonder whether he might be in for some retroactive punishment...that's a pretty good shot to the face.

Not sure whats better about this, the result and goalscorer. Or...that our good friend Trixie came out of hiding to give it the big one safe in the knowledge that the next game was in the bag. Oops.
