Unlikely that we are going to set any new points records. I'd guess that once the title is wrapped up mathematically, we might start seeing more draws and possibly a defeat here and there. It's not going to be an exciting end to the season for the neutral by the look of things, and United fans will probably be treated to a lot of squad rotation, maybe a lot will depend on the FA Cup result and if we're still in it.
I have: 14. QPR ........... 39pts 15. Norwich ...... 39pts 16. Villa ........... 39pts 17. Wigan ........ 38pts 18. Southampton 37pts 19. Sunderland .. 34pts 20. Reading ...... 31pts
1. Man U- 97 v.gen 2. CFC- 80 3. MC- 79 4. Arse- 70 5. Spurs- 69 (strange because if you asked me I would have said there is no way Arsenal would finish ahead of Spurs.) 6. LFC- 64 7. Everton- 63 10. West Ham- 43 (6 points between 10 and 17th, could be any number of teams really, anyone who hits a bit of form.) 14. NUFC- 39 (QWOP- thats hugely optimistic to finish on 50 points with they games you have. 10th is achievable though, because the bottom half is so tight.) 15. Us-38 (Tough games- limping across the line.) 16. Soton- 38 17. QPR- 37 (They have some good fixtures, Harry will do enough.) 18. Villa- 35 19. Wigan- 32 20. Reading- 28
I've got Wigan, QPR and Reading relegated(not me personally because if I did have owt to do with it Man Utd, Villa and Villa again would have gone down)
How will we get to 41 points ?, we might beat Everton depending on which team turns up, and Stoke but the Soton game will be gigantic i reckon as our final home game. The good news is Man u go to Chelsea next monday 2 days after they play us and Fergie will probably rest his best players on sat!.
They want revenge remember. If some of our fans hadnt done the poznan we might just have got a favour from fergie on.Saturday as he'd always had a soft spot for us.
