Have no idea as to the co-efficients of the African teams in Pot B

France should have been the team but, surprise surprise, they have altered that. So now teams which won their group could be put in that pot and a team which had to qualify via a play off might not.

Why surprise surprise? I'd rather be a European team in pot 2 and have a 50% chance of an average seeded team being the one in my group than be left in pot 4 and have a 37.5% chance of an average team. (Colombia, Uruguay, and Switzerland being the 3 I'm looking at as not being as scary as others in pot 1)

Even the balls for the draw are branded Adidas...

Apparently, the government of the Bahia region of Brazil have paid $2.8m to host the World Cup draw and that's just for the giant tent they've erected.

Isn't there a draw to work out who goes in what pot before the actual draw?

Then there's probably a draw to work out what pots to use in the draw (will it be guinivere, will it be...merlin?), and then a draw to work out what order the draw is drawn in. Then the draw...

All punctuated with singers, dancers & speeches.

    I can't wait...

Wtf? I thought they said the lowest ranked euro team would be moved into pot 2? Now any random teams going to get picked? ****ing shambles.

The 'entertainment' starts at 4.00 pm, with the actual draw supposedly at 4.40 pm(it's on BBC 2 from 4.30 pm).

So that's a load of Samba dancers and Pele?

As long as they get someone who knows about football to do the programme. Anybody remember Charlize Theron doing the draw for South Africa 2010 and she not having a clue what was going on?

Sweet jesus. Fifa really have sold their soul. The world cup is just a money making exercise. From the host bidding, right up to the final. The football is just a sideshow.

Im half expecting Sepp Blatter to walk in dressed as Ronald Mcdonald.

There's a draw to determine whether it's Ronald or the Hamburgler.

And of course a draw to determine what pot is used to draw that draw, draw.

So there's no draw to decide whether or not to actually have a draw?

    You're right, forgive me.

There is draw to decide that, preceded by a draw to decide if we can remember what the draw is for.

I'd heard they were using KFC family buckets as the draw pots.

There's gonna be half a dozen pieces of popcorn chicken in there.

When they draw out the chicken they have to take a bite then look straight into the camera and say "mmm so good".

I reckon the draw will last longer than England's campaign.

And it will take them about a tenth of the time to draw twice as many teams.
