I'm actually looking forward to the Championship for all the reasons Longsight has stated - the league is more even - it's very, very competitive but unlike the PL it doesn't have the elitist element to it. To me the PL has become bloated and full of self-entitlement. Don't get me wrong - it's been a privileage watching Bale, Suarez, Aguero, Rooney, Gerrard, Toure, Van Persie, etc tread the hallowed turf, but too often the games have been sterile, thrilless and often a pain to watch - the action and thrills of the Championship will be a welcome relief next year - it will be good to get some excitement back at Carrow Road cos there hasn't been much of that in the last couple of seasons apart from the odd game here and there. Being in the PL has been like booking a table at the best restaraunt in town only to find the meal expensive and bland leaving you hungry at the end of it and longing for a kebab and chips. OTBC !
I think it's an important philosophical debate, it could change the nature of time as we know it, I'll see if Stephen Hawking wants to chip in.
I know where you're coming from but I would still like us to be 'dining at the top table' The harsh reality will sink in when the fixtures come out next month and we see that we've a trip to Brentford (no disrespect intended), penciled in on a cold Tuesday night in winter. Yes, the football will undoubtedly be more competitive next year but anyone who says they would rather us play in the Championship is either a bloody liar or a fool IMO. OTBC ...CTI ... IMWT
We've lost Mikey - the twice a day debate proved a bit too deep for him - he's so shallow he'd drown in a puddle poor fella
I gave up watching MOTD, but it doesn't surprise me the only time they say something nice about us is when we're relegated lol.
