For the question regarding sock accounts there is only one man for the task. As for standing order, I think its placing same scores in the same order week in week out and letting Jak's servants (child labour I'm led to believe) handle the rest.
A sock refers to a 'sock account'. This is an account set up by an individual who is already a poster, who sets up this account (s) to give the appearance that it isn't him or her. Think an undercover agent. He or she may then use that sock account to do things like rig a poll on the mackem board by tactically voting to help stop the original account from being banned.... enter prediction leagues to cause a headache for the organiser and generally wum fellow fans or opposing fans on the home board or elsewhere.

I didn't realise Scousers voted for Liverpool to lose any points in any game? Carragher has Liverpool on 127 points based on his predictions at the end of each season. Anyway you obviously haven't read Herr Jakarta's rules for this season yet.
