Oh great, the Democrats have decided to once again go for the "Safe pair of Hands" option

Remind me how well that worked out for John Kerry?

On the subject of the "Safe Pair of Hands" option...

Makes more sense than a lot of other politicians at the moment, unfortunately.

One thing I've noticed in the last week or so when getting some exercise is a steady increase in people I shall refer to as selfish, ignorant ****s who have this ****ty attitude of " Why should I bother with social distancing? YOU can do it instead" stomping around with about as much consideration as a tornado at a sewage treatment plant

Because why should a pandemic stop these sad ****ers spending all their time trying to prove they're the ****ing Alpha?

Let's check in with how Keir Starmer is uniting the Labour party...

Wes Streeting - got a job in Shadow Treasury
Jess Phillips - got a job in Shadow Home
Stephen Kinnock - got a job in Shadow Foreign
Liz Kendall - got a job in Shadow Health
Stephen Doughty - got a job in Shadow International Development
Peter Kyle - got a job in Shadow Justice
Conor McGinn - got a job in Shadow Home
Lucy Powell - got a job in Shadow BEIS
Alison McGovern - got a job in Shadow DCMS
Rebecca Long-Bailey - demoted
Emily Thornberry - demoted
Barry Gardiner - dumped on the backbenches
Dawn Butler - dumped on the backbenches
Andy McDonald - dumped on the backbenches
Richard Burgon - dumped on the backbenches

...so in other words, he isn't. At all.

Radio 4 today interviewed Stanley Johnson at his home in Somerset he infurred that it took Bjs illness to make the country take covid seriously not one mention of why he was at his second home while his son was " fighting" for life in London, since when has the father of the PM been the spokesman of the Government

That's funny, because I had to give some ignorant bastard both barrels yesterday for taking it so seriously he basically risked infecting an entire branch of Boots...

What a strange time we are living in , I've seen two tweets by piers Morgan and agreed with them!!!!! Normally I wouldn't piss in his ears if his brain was on fire
He's just doing what he always does, trying to follow what he thinks is general public opinion. Just so happens it coincides with a more reasoned argument...
Don't worry, won't be long until you're calling him a twat or worse again!

Journo: "How many NHS workers have died from the coronavirus?
Hancock: "Well, I'm not touching that one with a ****ing bargepole, thanks. Over to you, Ruth."
Ruth: "Thanks a lot, Matt. What can I say? Er, it's sad and that. How can I avoid answering? Privacy! Yes! That'll do! Next."

As opposed to a few days earlier, when he said four doctors had died and "some nurses"

Nice to know that nurses are expendable...

I'm sure this will get as much coverage as that one time Diane Abbott flubbed her sums...

Did you see Priti Patel's attempt at maths last night , what a **** up and not a thing from the MSM
Still let's not criticise our beloved PP as she's been fighting counter terrorism for the last 3 weeks from her hermaticly sealed bunker

You mean when she said "Three hundred thousand and thirty four, nine hundred and seventy four thousand tests carried out across the UK"?

Diane Abbott was harassed online for three years for something considerably less embarrassing

She's been getting 300,034,974,000 tests done. Give her a break.
