Just finished reading 'Why we kneel, How we rise' by Michael Holding, the Cricket legend. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1398503231/?tag=not606-21 Never publicly recommended any literature, fiction or non-fiction, in my life before, but this should be essential reading. Should be curriculum text. Extremely painful and enlightening in equal measure. For anyone dumb or racist enough to boo England players kneeling, or defending the honour of slave-owners this may make little difference. But for many people, this book will open eyes and identify the true enormity of the problem.
