Which is why they nominated, <checks notes>, Failing Grayling and are now panicking because someone with actual experience beat him.

I don't think that they arrested or kidnapped anybody. That guy seems perfectly happy to go along with them and they don't cuff him.
They ignore everyone else and go straight for him, then walk him to the back of their vehicle and don't use the zip-ties that they have.
He's one of them.
