I'm not so sure about that, given Trumpists' current choice of attire... please log in to view this image
Are the BBC sure they don't want to report on the Bloomsbury bookshop trashing, considering three members of UKIP were involved? I'd call that in the public interest... https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...ocialist-bookshop-attack-london-a8480466.html
This is best they can do...... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/uk-england-london-45093339 Described as only a 'protest'........ Really?? Affray I would suggest, with several instances of Criminal Damage thrown in for good measure.....
They're trapping him by putting him in a position where he can't lie. How can anyone function under those circumstances?
Dear British media, here is how you should ACTUALLY be reporting the latest Boris Johnson "gaffe" that doesn't in any way look like he was taking notes when meeting with Steve Bannon Boris Johnson made some shockingly ignorant comments and, when asked to apologise for making said shockingly ignorant comments, he gave the usual mealy-mouthed response he always gives when trying to duck taking responsibility for every single time his ****ishness comes to the fore before he ran away, closing his eyes and putting his fingers in his ears saying "La-la-la-la-la, you can't sack me I'm on holiday and we're on recess anyway" in a manner that proves just what a colossal bell end he has always been US media, feel free to follow those guidelines when reporting on high-profile bigots in your government
BoJo is playing the Trump Card in so many ways. This latest ‘faux-pas’ is engineered to test the waters with the public and his own party - clever, in a very deceitful, manipulative way. Under the auspices of supposedly opposing the possible banning of the hijab, niqab, or burka, he slyly throws in some punch-in-the-face-subtle racist comments to appease his key demographic lobby. Talk about backing both sides.... That man is still positioning for the top job - and the frightening fact is, he might get it
Charlotsville getting ready for the annual Nazi get together. I do believe the police are worried Send Boris to get to the source of the problem.....!
It is very clever as you say, well thought out and not an off the cuff comment. And also as you say, he will get the top job. Mrs May will lose out because whatever happens with Brexit, most people will be unhappy with the result. A hard brexit is Mrs Mays best chance of survival, only because it pulls the rug out from under BoJo's feet, but even then many are going to view it as failure. She reminds me of Daniel Levy in a way, no deal is better than a bad deal.
The judge in Paul Manafort's court case has withdrawn his reprimand of the prosecution. He ranted at them yesterday and was heavily critical of their decision to allow a witness to watch the trial. He's no longer standing by that criticism, as it turns out that he told them that the witness was allowed to do so.
Despite Rowan Atkinson running to BoJo's defence, another comedian, Mark Steel, has posted a much more telling satirical piece in the Independent today: https://www.independent.co.uk/voice...mophobia-victims-eton-education-a8485046.html Some of the comments he's getting back on Twitter are priceless......
