The "reliability" of the referendum result is not in doubt. The UK electorate voted, and there have been no reports of outcome-changing corrupt/erroneous vote counting. The MOTIVATIONS of those who engaged in or funded either side of the debate, well that is a different story and fair game for further scrutiny.
