What actually happened Rees-Mogg was talking to some of the protestors when some white-shirted bloke came steaming in and punched one of the female protesters in the face, leading to the fracas kicking off with Rees-Mogg caught in the centre of it - with Rees-Mogg himself saying nobody attacked him. What's interesting is that footage of the white-shirted bloke being escorted out has surfaced which shows a cameraman stood in a position to get a clear shot of the bloke as he was being escorted out, yet footage from that camera has been conspicuous by its absence. Breitbart's take By complete coincidence they have footage of the moment it kicked off shot from a different angle which manages to completely remove the white-shirted bloke from the footage, which they have posted in an article under the title Watch: Violent Alt-Left Antifa Extremists Try To Shut Down Jacob Rees-Mogg Speech - which does beg the question who that second cameraman whose footage of the white-shirted bloke being escorted out of the building is mysteriously not being shown was employed by.

That's the Breitbart footage I referred to. Coincidentally, the blonde woman you see sat down in the thumbnail is the one who got socked in the face by white-shirted man - yet the vast majority of the coverage lumps her in with the protesters. In other words, Breitbart are providing evidence that disproves their version of events.
I have seen some other vid footage too : The woman is definitely caught in the face by "white shirt" guy (looked like he was going for "glasses" guy - hereafter referred to as the "moron" ) .
The point remains that white shirt/moron wasn't even part of the initial confrontation, he went steaming in and started swinging, all of which was quite conveniently missed by Breitbart's cameraman - yet this hasn't been mentioned at all. It's similar to the bollocks being reported about Claire Kober (who shall hence be referred to as This Year's Angela Eagle) about how Momentum bullies forced her out of Haringey council, when in actual fact Haringey residents had been against they Haringey Development Vehicle which was a project that This Year's Angela Eagle was trying to push through regardless of opposition not just from the local residents but also from within Haringey council and local government, and the final straw was when she proposed chucking billions in the direction of Elephant & Castle in order to (among other things) bulldoze the shopping centre and replace it with a Boxpark that would by complete coincidence charge the traders triple the rent that the shopping centre currently does. What's most interesting is that how, on Tuesday, she had been invited for talks with councillors who were against the HDV - but rather than turn up and have a discussion, instead she tended her resignation that morning and came up with her cock and bull story which nobody in Haringey bought for a microsecond.
So the white-shirted bloke from the Rees-Mogg fracas has been identified as a martial arts instructor from Bristol who just so happens to be a Rees-Mogg supporter, with investigators turning up various examples of him sharing petitions demanding the hardest of Britaits and that Rees-Mogg should replace the Dire Leader immediately. It's worth pointing out that there's been an attempt to blame the woman who was punched, with one account saying White Shirt pushed her from behind after she spat at him...even though the footage manages to show both the fact White Shirt was never behind her, and there's a complete lack of footage showing her spitting at anyone - and, as pointed out before, the thumbnail for the Breitbart video proves she wasn't one of the protestors. More importantly, though, your claim of the bloke "hiding behind a woman" are patently false, as this footage shows White Shirt steaming in and attacking the bloke from behind while the woman was out of the firing line - and you'll once again notice the complete lack of spittle flying in any direction
