In the interests of balance, yesterday Japanese broadcaster NHK made a similar mistake to the one made in Hawaii last week when they too mistakenly sent out a text message to people warning them of a North Korean missile launch and telling them to find shelter.

The difference being that NHK realised their mistake and rectified it in the space of a few minutes, rather than the forty minutes it took Hawaiian authorities.

 

That sailor doc (?) would be kicked out of the service if he found anything wrong (and told us about it!). So,shagging porn stars and taking cheeseburgers to bed instead of the wife,keeps you fit.....well,now we know.......(?).

 

The doctor did his examination and then made a press release based upon whatever Trump wanted him to say.
He even gave a little nod to it with the "good genes" line:

I wonder if the doc checked his backside?The White House staff are so far up there, it could lead to problems!

 

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart was one of the best satirical shows on TV. The Trevor Noah version is ok, but Jon Stewart, like his protégés Jon Oliver and Stephen Caulbert, is exceptional. Both politically astute and very funny.
Comedy Central is an american cable channel that we get over here. It used to be called Paramount in the UK. Depending on your TV channel supplier, it is widely available. If you like endless reruns of Friends then it is for you.

 

Thanks SD I don't actually have a TV connection which is probably why I had no knowledge of this programme. The internet provides all that I need. Not had a TV for over 20 years.

I don't think we need any tests to realise the level that Trump is at. When I think of the Goons and Monty Python, That Was The Week That Was I am thinking this President is far far stranger than anything they came up with. You chuck phrases about like truth is stranger than fiction and you couldn't make it up but FFS. Anyone one remember 'The President's Brain is Missing'?
