Mango Mussolini. Yeah, I'm going to have to go with his latest utterances: "I have absolute right to do what I want to do with the Justice Department. But for purposes of hopefully thinking I'm going to be treated fairly, I've stayed uninvolved with this particular matter." Doesn't sound like a dictator at all, does he? Nope. Definitely not.
An emergency call center worker has been fired in Toronto much to the dismay of her colleagues who were unhappy with her dismissal. It seems that a caller dialed 911 from a cell phone stating " I am depressed and lying on a railway line so that when the train comes I can finally meet Allah!" To which the call center replied " Remain calm and stay on the line."
No great surprise, but following Heseltines removal, the Brexiteers are sidelining any opposition to the charge to the abyss. Government tried to silence me, says Lord Adonis - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-42520480
I love the picture inside Putin's vacation house, big swimming pool included. Also owns several other homes. Isn't this man a "communist" and wants Russia to return to the old Soviet system? Reminds me of a certain Republican President I could name, but won't because I'm sick of it!
Iranian protests are beginning to descend into violence: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-42524610 Rouhani and Khameini banners have been lit with fire, whilst pro-government establishments have come under attack. I would like to think this will be the end of autocratic rule in Iran, but sadly, I fear more innocent protesters will be imprisoned, tortured or killed. Such is the repressive nature of the Iranian regime.
I hate Trump, his Cabinet and the majority of his policies, but one thing I do share is his hatred of the Iranian government (albeit for slightly different reasons).
Totalitarian regimes are all the same, whatever cloak they hide behind. Be it religious, political, right wing, left wing etc. The one thing they all have in common is that any opposition to their rule is ruthlessly stamped upon.
So the smoking gun for the FBI's investigation into collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign is George Papadopoulos bragging about what was going on to an Australian diplomat when he was ****faced. In most cases that would seem completely unbelievable - but in the case of Trump it sounds like the most logical thing in the world.
Not just any diplomat, either. He told the High Commissioner to the UK, who's also a former Foreign Minister and party leader. It's the equivalent of telling David Miliband or William Hague, pretty much. What a moron.
Because it appears all Tories are that toff who burned £50 notes in front of homeless people at heart, they've announced that expert in losing friends and alienating people - mainly due to his being a detestable **** - Toby Young has been appointed the new universities regulator. This being the same Toby Young who stated that free schools should be allowed to exclude disabled students, described working class boys attending Oxford as "unattractive", and is so thin-skinned that they actually comment on articles on various newspapers websites arguing with how he's presented...by the paper quoting exactly what he said in an interview.
Sticking with the subject of the sneering ****wit, here's everything you need to know about said sneering ****wit in a series of tweets
Is that Toby Young the self-confessed cocaine dealer and user? https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2001/nov/18/books.comment
Other acceptable responses include "Is that Toby Young, the bellend who got booted off the set of the film adaptation of the one thing he wrote people know due to badgering the actors and director during takes?" or "Is that Toby Young, who is so good at running educational facilities that the free school he runs has got through four headmasters in five years?"
Or, "Is that Toby Young that thinks that deleting tweets makes them disappear?": The picture in question: please log in to view this image Alternatively you could also go with, "Is that Toby Young that moaned about ramps for wheelchairs in schools being too inclusive?": http://www.nosacredcows.co.uk/blog/2026/my_latest_spectator_column.html "Inclusive. It’s one of those ghastly, politically correct words that have survived the demise of New Labour. Schools have got to be “inclusive” these days. That means wheelchair ramps..."
Already taken care of in my original post. It's almost like there's a pattern of behaviour that makes him look like a sneering ****wit who is incapable of performing basic tasks without looking like a complete ****bucket.
He doesn't move in those circles either, Smithy. They were on a cooking show together. Padma Lakshmi's Salman Rushdie's ex-wife, a model, a presenter and an author. Young's married to Caroline Bondy, who he has four kids with. Still vastly better looking than him, of course: please log in to view this image I'm sure that she's thrilled with his comments. Probably about as thrilled as his mates were to be invited to his stag do. He wrote an article when most of them didn't turn up to it, calling friendship a myth!
