There's a lot of coordination in the politically motivated attacks on Starmer right now, so I don't want to jump on that bandwagon. And despite being critical of some of his Governments initial policy decisions, I'm also prepared to give him some leeway - at least until the October budget. However...the country he leads is on fire and the PM has to be visible, front & centre right now. There should be COBRA meetings in progress & strong messages to the public. XRW groups need to be proscribed and the judiciary advised to apply the strongest sentences for what surely amounts to domestic terrorism. He needs to be hauling in the BBC, Sky & other news media & informing them of their responsibilities to describe events accurately. He also needs to be naming names as regards his fellow Parliamentarians and other political leaders. There is no place for fence-sitting in the UK right now. Is he up to it?
