That has to be a parody tweet.. it just has to be Edit... yep ... it is a parody account...other tweets are equally funny
Labour are showing what happens when you forget what you stand for and lack conviction because you're scared of your own shadow upsetting anyone. Fcking imbeciles.
Torylite. He’s trying the Blair route to power. To be fair, the only governments elected in the last 45 years have been Tory or centrist/warm Tory Labour ones. Left wing parties are not electable in this country - principally due to the scaremongering right wing media.
That's what he thinks he's doing, but truth is in 1997 Blair still had plenty of traditional left wing political heavyweights in his shadow cabinet including Cook, Prescott, Dobson, Short and others I cba to look up. We've got Rayner now and that's it. Blair modernised the party but it still felt Labour with left wing social policies built upon centrist economics. What does this Labour brand stand for? Anyone know. Abbott was akin to any one of them I've listed in 1997 shadow cabinet. She isn't Derek Hatton and this wasn't some council trying to hand out redundancies to blackmail a tory government that Starmer was seizing on to make a political point about change. Funny thing is I'm not even a hardcore lefty. I'm left of centre, fairly liberal about most things and very occasionally a little right wing on certain things. I'm not a champion of hardcore lefties at all. And yet this Labour party is losing me fast, and I'm pretty sure there are many many many like me who feel abandoned by this bloke in charge right now. It's like he's taking our vote for granted while he covets those on the right he's afraid of upsetting. Well fck that.
It's fairly well established that Psychopaths rule every where in the world or at the very least they are Sociopaths. I would name Gandhi, Mandela, Carter, Gorbachev as the exceptions.
I am in total agreement with you on this point, and feel completely disenfranchised at the moment. Marooned in a Tory heartland where that slime ball Robert Jenrick is the MP. At least I have the football to keep me sane…….
I have tory Graham Brady who tbf is probably one of the more palatable tories. He's not an idiot either and is stepping down. Labour are in second and will likely win. So basically there are not many options where my vote might at least make a point. Not even Count Binface. I'm pinning all my hopes on a protracted transfer saga around Olise which takes all summer and doesn't happen.
Say what you will about Blair, and so much of it is justified, but he never tried to parachute Mandelson or Campbell into safe seats Enjoy being the story for the first time in your life, Nukehurst - because now people know what you are Nice of him to start with a Toby Young-like purge of his Twitter history, too Tweets such as... please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
