So it was true , all through the bitter royal mail dispute the union was telling the members that the management were setting up the company for a sell off The management rubbished the claim , the CEO and his henchmen are gone now, they left with huge amounts of shares as a payoff and the instructions to sell the Royal Mail . If this sale goes through the pensions will be robbed ,property sold and the delivery of letters franchised to the highest bidder 508 years of history to make a very rich man even richer
Okay, so does anyone else on here have any experience with the Ring Go app? Long story short, late last year my local station's car park switched to this app if you wanted to park there with zero consultation with...well, anybody - though in the last week the whole of Croydon South decided to hand over parking in the borough to them, and it was definitely above board as it was announced the evening before the vote was to take place that it was happening so if anyone had any issues they could go **** themselves as they barely had any notice so the odds of them raising a complaint was practically nil, as demonstrated by Ring Go machines popping up everywhere in the last few days So with the information I've just give you, you would expect that either Chris Philp and/or Mayor of Croydon Jason Perry are getting kickbacks off of this, right? Honestly, I thought this too - but then I started a little digging, and things got...weird First of all, Ring Go exists outside of Croydon, with Oxford, Nottingham and Warwick also having the same scheme...and also seeing a massive data breach in December last year, so basically anyone who parked their car using this app had their data go somewhere And it has to be said Ring Go operates very strangely, as they base your parking charges on the car you drive. As in you give them your name and car registration to calculate what your fee is, and your bank details to pay - and it has to be said it's not immediate when they get back to you, as it can take anything between half an hour and two hours to get your confirmation back from them, which is a bit of a bother if you have to catch a train and are parking at a station car park First of all, Ring Go is operated by the EasyPark Group, who seem to be quite reluctant to say who does what on their website On the other hand their funding is somewhat clearer: Vitruvian Partners and Verdane Captial, which are both Scandi companies where it's odd how they have really bumped up their websites since I checked them yesterday (not an exaggeration) but what sticks out is the names on their list of partners who clearly don't sound Scandi but do sound a littler further along the Baltic, and I don't mean Estonian In other words, at this point it's obviously not a foot soldier like Philp with his finger in the pie as this reeks of a data scraping exercise, which asks the question who possibly would - and I can't be alone in immediately thinking Gove has a hand in this, as it seems like his style Over to you, Private Eye...
Weird. Ringgo has been the App for Westminster and City of London for ages. It has to know which car you drive as charges in many places are car type dependent. In Oxford you can use three or four different apps to pay.
This made me smile. Muir @Meeyooer ยท #SNPcommandments in an independent scotland, Archie Gemmill's goal against Holland in 1978 will be shown at every school assembly
He's been picking fights on X/Twitter all morning - and losing every one. He's not very bright for a 'journalist' and this looks like it will only end up increasing GoebbelsNews debt level!
Something tells me he'll be getting some nice letters from some lawyers very soon. He's an Arsenal fan, naturally.
Be afraid, Be very afraid!! The 'Karen's' have mobilised! A Council this week - but come the General Election they will be forming a Government you mark my words!! But seriously....WTLF is the matter with these people?
Best response yet? Gotta be this one! Yeah, well, Goebbels would have been more relatable and human if he went with "we're operating this concentration camp so young Germans can love their Schnauzers."
I'm sure at some point in history she's written something that wasn't dogwhistling filth, right? Right...? please log in to view this image
